Our law firm has been providing legal services for several years. During that time we have been involved in a number of interesting legal cases, court proceedings and criminal investigations where we have had the chance to demonstrate our expertise.
Self-defense has been evident from the beginning
We are no strangers to commenting on cases that are difficult to grasp in human terms, where we have shown an unwavering belief in the rule of law. We remember the case of Roman Rohozin, which was publicized for several reasons, as a morally indissoluble but convoluted case. You can read more about Mr. Kozelka’s article for Novinky.cz here:

Immoral provisions in a contract have no place
We’re always happy to see our work swirling the academic and professional waters. We are not afraid to go back to the first twenty provisions of the Civil Code or the first ten articles of the Constitution, as Prof. Höllander of the Constitutional Court liked to call the most important provisions. Our law firm is based on a strong moral foundation and we do not get bogged down even by complex cases where even an established practice may not be in your favour. Mediation agreements were one of the interesting, everyday cases where we fought for the right thing. You can read more from our colleagues at Havel & Partners here:

Divorce should be amicable, quick and without conflict
JUDr. Halahija is an expert for many years in divorce proceedings, proceedings for the adjustment of relations to children or proceedings for the division of the matrimonial property. We strive to apply a reasonable and objective approach and always prefer a good settlement. However, we also have experience of “nasty” divorces where we can quickly deal with attempts at “trench warfare”. JUDr. Halahija spoke more about the issue to Czech Radio, you can listen to the full audio report here:

Reasonable punishment or unjust conviction?
Our AK is also experienced in dealing with serious crimes. In some cases it is difficult to prove innocence, especially due to lack of evidence or, on the contrary, an overload of evidence against the client. However, we will always advocate for a fair and proportionate sentence. This was also the case in the media-famous “Farewell to Freedom in Brno” case, where it is still objectively impossible to determine exactly how the whole series of facts took place. Too many unresolved issues, a stacked factual record and a bitter outcome in the end are sometimes the legal practice and you can read more about this interesting case here:
