We approach to each client individually according to their needs and possibilities.
We offer legal services on a case-to-case basis, as consultations, analysis or contract reviews, but we also provide long-term cooperation.

Types of Cooperation
Case-to-Case Legal Service without representation
This category represents a broad multitude of one-time legal services which do not require power of attorney and are usually completed within hours.
Consultation
We briefly examine the facts, discuss the course of possible action and get familiar with your demands or claims. We will propose the next course of action, legal fees and conditions of our cooperation.
Providing of Legal Services
Once you provide us with necessary case materials and documents, we will begin with the previously agreed course of action as quickly as possible. Once we are finished, we will always send you the result of our work in written form online.
Long-Term Cooperation
Long-term cooperation is necessary in complex legal cases which may require constant document drafting, negotiations or representation at courts.
As soon as we agree on the terms and conditions of our cooperation, we will sign a Contract on Providing Legal Services and Power of Attorney which will allows us to represent you. We will begin our work on the case. We shall communicate with all stakeholders during the management of your case. We shall oversee the relevant procedures and will act on behalf of your instructions.
Case Closure
In the final stages of our cooperation, we will evaluate the results. By paying our last invoice and overall services and successful resolution of your case our cooperation ends.
Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Affairs
According to the Law on Consumer Protection (Law No. 634/1992 Sb.), you may demand a conflict resolution of consumer affairs.
Settlement proceeding in Consumer Affairs between lawyer and his client is reserved for the Czech Bar Association.
We do not offer legal counselling free of charge.
We devote our time and resources to achieve precision and effectivity.

Legal fees amount to 3.000 CZK + 21 % VAT in case of one-time consultation without representation. One consultation lasts 60 minutes. Legal fees are subject to VAT according to law (21 %) and this tax will be added to the legal fees.
Legal fees are always discussed individually and may change accordingly to the complexity and time-requirements of your case.
Generally, legal fees rates are hourly rate, deed-based rate (Vyhláška 177/1996 Sb. Advokátní tarif), monthly rate and rate based on successfully claimed result.
